This Manly project comprises two luxury houses for separate owners, sharing a common wall and underground car parking. Each home has a private lift. A glass bridge and a large skylight in the central stairway bring each home natural light. Travertine tiles link the interior and exterior spaces and full-length glass doors open to private terraces with sweeping views. Sustainable design features include an underground rainwater tank, solar cells connected to the grid, energy-efficient lighting and automated sun-shading.
