Pimas Gale collaborated closely with McPherson Smith King Architects regards to the design of this duplex and an additional granny flat. The whole project was built to make use of the premium land with not an inch left undiscovered. Even solid rock didn’t hold Pimas back with a huge amount carved through just to achieve a street entrance.

Luxury features meet contemporary style inside with entry foyer given a special touch with travertine floor and feature bulkhead ceiling lighting throughout. The duplex is fully kitted out with a smart home system and a speedy newly imported lift, which can take up to 11 people over the four levels at one metre per second. Underfloor heating also ensures toasty living through winter. Solar panels are a green feature with on-site water storage for the toilet and external use. Aside from this, the outdoor area also features fabulous landscaping and two double garages.

A large balcony to the front of the duplex invites you outdoors and provides ample space for entertaining, relaxing and simply enjoying the views. The project for Pimas Gale was really about creating a lifestyle and a space that could be enjoyed inside and out and was awarded the MBA 2008 Excellence in Housing Award for Dual Occupancy over $1 Million.

The home is featured in August 2008 edition of Contempoary Home Magazine - Unit and Apartment Issue.
