The site, often known as ‘Fox Estate’, has been restored to retain its historically significant elements and preserve its legacy. The restoration work features etched glass windows and walls, new bespoke timber joinery and cabinetry, detailed wallpaper with integrated joinery. Also featured are new Welsh slate roofing and splayed fascias with concealed copper gutters and downpipes, sandstone garden retaining walls and flagstone paving.
